A COVID-19 pandemic is a sudden event generating negative emotions for everything it has involved throughout its stay in the world. This research aimed to analyze the relationship between work-family balance with Engagement and Burnout of university faculties and compare their Work-Family Balance, Engagement, and Burnout, according to the institution they belong to and sociodemographic data. The methodological approach was correlational-explanatory, with surveys of 203 university professors. The variables correlate as expected for the total sample: positive between work-family Balance with Engagement and negative with Burnout. However, when making the correlations by univer-sities, the results are different. We found significant differences in this study: the main ones being Engagement according to the university to which they belong, Burnout according to gender and the company with which they face the pandemic (partner, children), the negative work-family interactions according to age and of the positive work-family interactions the number of people with whom one lives. These results highlight the importance of continuing to advance in issues of gender equity, community life, and management by companies through organizational practices for the well-being, hap-piness, and health of workers.
