Abstract

“SL service station” was managed by the siblings Julia and Daniel who signed a contract with Oil products Repsol Trade. SL service station committed to sell exclusively all complementary products from Repsol such as fuel. In 2005 Eroski opened a service station near by SL service station with a lower sell price, which later on Repsol asked SL service station to lower their price but Julia and Daniel didn ́t agreed to, so they asked their lawyer for guidance.
