Innovation as a Driving Mecanism of Competitiveness’ Capacity in Industrial Cluster: Antofagasta´s Cluster Mining.

Abstract

The importance of the territory in recent years to the territorial sector groups is essential and a good use of their abil- ity to compete can make a real difference, as is the case of innovation. The aim of this work is to identify and assess whether innovation is a propellant capacity for competitiveness mechanism through external economies and joint actions into section industrial clusters, the main findings related innovation and how it develops in the mining clus- ter of Antofagasta (Chile).
